• Personal Information: Age, gender, weight, height, and exercise frequency (used to personalize calorie recommendations)

From Restaurants:

• Business Details: Brand name, business email, store type, city, area, store location, number of branches
• Identity & Contact: First and last name, mobile number, professional position
• Legal & Tax Information: Trade license number and expiry, Ministry of Supply registration, VAT status, VAT percentage, food service license, tax number, national ID
• Payment Preferences: Instapay or bank transfer method, billing address

3. How We Use Your Information

• Set up and manage accounts
• Facilitate ordering and payment processes
• Provide personalized recommendations
• Verify restaurant authenticity and legal compliance
• Communicate with users and restaurants regarding account-related activities
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., VAT, tax laws)

4. Payment Processing

Card payments are processed securely through a third-party provider on behalf of the restaurant.

Cash payments are handled directly between the user and the restaurant.

HealthyU only retains transaction metadata as required for record-keeping and reconciliation.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• HealthyU does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
• We may share limited data with government or regulatory authorities if legally obligated.

6. Data Security

Data is stored securely using Appwrite, with strict access control and encryption.

Only authorized HealthyU personnel have access to personal or business-sensitive data.

7. Data Retention

User and restaurant data is retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.

You can request to delete your data or close your account by contacting us.
