1. Introduction

Welcome to HealthyU, your digital gateway to healthy food options in Egypt. By using the HealthyU app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must create an account using a valid email and password or phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not impersonate others or misuse the app’s services.

4. Platform Role

• HealthyU does not prepare or deliver food.
• The app acts only as a digital intermediary between users and food providers.
• All meals are prepared, priced, and fulfilled by the listed restaurants or home kitchens.

5. Ordering & Payments

• Orders are placed through the app, but fulfillment and delivery are managed by the restaurant.
• Payment is processed through a secure third-party.
• If you choose to pay in cash, payment will be made directly to the restaurant upon delivery or pickup.
• If you pay by card, the payment is processed by HealthyU on behalf of the restaurant.
• HealthyU is not responsible for food quality, delays, or fulfillment errors.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

All order disputes, refund requests, and delivery issues must be handled directly with the restaurant.

HealthyU does not mediate or process refunds.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

To provide a personalized experience, HealthyU collects:

• Email and password or phone number for login
• Age, gender, weight, height, and exercise frequency for calorie recommendations

We do not collect medical records or use third-party tracking tools.

8. Health Disclaimer

Calorie recommendations and food suggestions are for general wellness and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a professional for medical or dietary guidance.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post misleading information or fake reviews
• Use the app for fraudulent purposes
• Violate local laws or platform policies

10. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, images, code, design) is owned by HealthyU or its partners. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

HealthyU is provided “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, meal accuracy, or service quality. HealthyU is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
